The "Petrohan-Okolchitsa" case: The Ministry of Interior knew where Kalushev's camper was as early as February 3rd - 1

The Bulgarian representative office of "Mercedes" indicated to the Ministry of Interior on February 3rd where the wanted camper of Ivaylo Kalushev is, BulNews agency learned.
This happens a day after on February 2nd, Monday, the bodies of 49-year-old Ivaylo Ivanov, 45-year-old Decho Vassilev and 51-year-old Plamen Stattev were found in the "Petrohan" chalet. During the initial interrogations of Deyan Iliev-The Mexican, it became clear that Ivaylo Kalushev's camper, which had left on Sunday together with Nikolay Zlatkov and Alexander Makulev, was missing.
For this reason, the investigators in Sofia sent a new recruit from the team to “Mercedes“ with a request to try to use GPS to find out where the three men were. The company quickly found out that the camper was parked in the mountains above the Vratsa village of Zgorigrad. An hour later, this information was reported to the Ministry of Interior.

And here the questions started to rain:

- Did the investigators in the capital share the location of Kalushev and company with their colleagues in Vratsa? If the answer is NO - why?

- If the Ministry of Interior in Vratsa was notified by Sofia about the data from the “Mercedes“, why was it unable to find the camper?

- Is it being searched for at all?

- There are enough experienced mountaineers in Vratsa who know all the roads in the Balkans. And for ordinary analysts it is clear that in order to get to a given point, the camper needs a road. Did the investigators seek assistance in bypassing the area and if the answer is NO - why?

- What the forensic experts did not do then, the BulNews agency team did a few days later. With the help of an experienced mountaineer, we became the first journalists in the world to go to the meadow where the camper was parked. So, the investigators could have done it too...

- When on Sunday, February 8, the coffin camper was discovered in the Okolchitsa area, the very next day, Monday, local forensics established from traffic cameras when it entered Vratsa and when it left the city. It turned out that a private camera in the village of Chelopek had recorded the camper going to Mount Vola. With this information, Ivaylo Kalushev's group would have been easily found. Was a traffic check carried out on February 3 - 5 days before the bodies of the three men were discovered, and if the answer is NO - why?

- Was there a verbal order from the then Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Miroslav Rashkov, to imitate activity on the complicated case, but not to take any significant action? If the answer is YES - why?

- Is it true that back in the years, as an employee of the “Economic Police“ the same Rashkov was an umbrella over Ivaylo Kalushev's group? Why were these men so important to the top leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs? If the answer is YES - why?
