Weather today, forecast for Tuesday, March 24: Remains cloudy, in many places with rain

The weather over the country will remain cloudy, in many places – with rain. The precipitation will be more intense and significant at night in Central and Southeastern Bulgaria, and during the day – in the Eastern Rhodopes region.

There will be almost no precipitation during the day over the northern regions, and after noon from the northwest a break and decrease in cloudiness will begin. The wind will be weak and moderate from the northeast. Minimum temperatures will be between 3° and 8°, in Sofia – around 3°. Maximum temperatures will be from 8° in Kardzhali and Haskovo, where it will rain almost continuously, to about 16° in the northwestern regions, in Sofia – around 9°.

On the Black Sea coast it will be cloudy, with rain, more significant – on the southern coast. A weak and moderate wind will blow from the north-northeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 9°-13°. The temperature of the sea water is 7°-9°. The sea waves will be 2-3 points.

In the mountains it will be cloudy with snowfall, below 1000 meters – from rain. A moderate and strong northeast wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be 3°-4°, at 2000 meters – around minus 3°.

In the middle of the week there will be almost no precipitation, there will also be temporary breaks, and decreases in cloudiness. The wind will weaken, in places in the western half of the country - it will subside, and then gradually orient itself from the southeast and will strengthen again to moderate. Daytime temperatures will increase significantly and on Thursday they will be above 15°, in some places they will reach 20°.
