The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency begins intensified inspections under the "School Milk" and "School Fruit" schemes. They will be throughout the country. The campaign will cover suppliers and products provided under both programs.
The Agency's inspectors will check the origin, quality and compliance of the supplied dairy products and fruits with the current regulatory requirements. Samples will also be taken for laboratory analysis.
