The fact that we did not receive the mandate is also natural, since we categorically stated earlier to the president that we do not want it.
The leader of the BSP stated that she was surprised by Boyko Borisov's statement that GERB did not want someone from among Rosen Zhelyazkov (the chairman of the National Assembly) and Dimitar Glavchev (the chairman of the Audit Chamber) to be acting prime minister.
"When GERB supported these changes in the Constitution, they knew that Mr. Zhelyazkov and Mr. Glavchev from GERB were in these positions and were on this list. Then they voted YES and now it says NO, don't do it. But this is typical for Borisov - to change positions in the morning, noon and night", said Kornelia Ninova.
