Andrei Tsekov pointed out that he has not been offered to stay in the position he has held so far. Regarding Georgi Gvozdeikov's remaining as a minister in the service cabinet project, Tsekov said that “We are continuing the change” is a liberal party and respects free choice, but has statutes and rules according to which, in the case of decisions without the consent of the party, membership is automatically terminated.
In response to a question about whether he suspected why Gvozdeikov remained as minister, Tsekov described it as “hypocrisy, because Glavchev's cabinet is definitely political, with a clear dominance of the DPS wing in the GERB party”.

Tsekov also commented on the subject of the Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Zhivko Kotsev, and the resigned Minister of Internal Affairs, Kalin Stoyanov, pointing out that when there is no consensus between the two, it is extremely worrying. If there is pressure exerted by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the prosecutor's office on the chief secretary, serious intervention of the investigative bodies is required, Tsekov added.
In response to a question about whether there is an option for Kalin Stoyanov to be withdrawn as minister, Tsekov said that “it depends on the people who manage Glavchev”. He is an employee of GERB, personnel decisions are made jointly with the DPS, comments Tsekov.

This money could have been paid back in March, but why did it wait until the last day – this is not usual, he added.
