I expected there to be more problems surrounding the formation of the “Glavchev” cabinet. As if it happened very quickly and easily, said in the program “On Focus” the former Minister of Internal Affairs and former Deputy Prime Minister Rumyana Bachvarova, quoted by Nova TV.
In her words, this means that there was preliminary preparation. 10 years ago, Bachvarova became part of the women's team that GERB sent out to negotiate a government with the Reform Bloc and ABV.
According to her, the action in the “Customs” is tied to the political crisis in our country, because there is no evidence that it is the result of a long-prepared operation. “There are many political connotations and they are obviously aimed at the responsible minister,”, emphasized Rumiana Bachvarova.
„This is one of the marks of the captured state”. Thus, the former interior minister commented on the paradox that the chief secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is afraid and repressed. She is adamant that since Zhivko Kotsev was not detained, despite the accusations against him, this means two things. Either that the accusations are false, or that the prosecution and the authorities are not doing their job. According to her, in both cases there is a huge problem.
Bachvarova denied that she was talked about as an acting minister in Dimitar Glavchev's cabinet. According to her, the election campaign has already started. Her expectations are that she is fierce, and her hopes are that she is not "so muddy".
