This week we went from summer to winter temperatures for a few days. In the higher parts of Northwestern Bulgaria, the degrees dropped below zero. In the following days, through the passage “Petrohan” traffic will be heavy even though there is no winter cover. It is recommended that those passing through the passage drive carefully.
Since April 1, the winter maintenance of the “Petrohan” passage has been suspended, but the company is ready to take out the machines if necessary, assures the "Road Infrastructure" Agency.
On April 20, volunteers gather at 10 a.m. at the summit to clean it. Anyone wishing to join the initiative is required to wear reflective vests.
