Two children aged 2 and 6 were trapped in a fire, left alone in an apartment in the capital district "Lyulin". A passer-by managed to get them out, fortunately unharmed, he reported.
On Saturday at noon, a man sees a naked and barefoot child on the first floor of the block. "Help, help. That was the only thing I heard the whole time from him," says the man who saved them, who wished to remain anonymous, reports NOVA.
Initially, he did not know that another 2-year-old child was trapped in the burning apartment. Unaware of what is happening, the man goes in to help. In the fiery hell, he manages to find out where the boy is by his screams.
"I entered the room there was a lot of smoke and flames. I reached for a hand and managed to pull it out. The child I pulled out was completely naked," he points out.
An ambulance and a fire department arrive on the scene in about 10 minutes. The children were in good condition. "The little kid was worried that they don't have a house anymore, hopefully there will be a solution to this thing. The big one was actually that, and the little one was saying money and pointing to the fire," says the man.
The anonymous witness claims that children aged 2 and 6 are regularly left unattended. The grandfather was supposed to take care of the children. "I haven't seen them. I was at work, I went to get them breakfast and during that time the trouble happened. And I went out to work, and their father went out to work. What they did, what happened - they can't even tell me," points out Angel Mihailov, the children's grandfather. He accused the parents - "Drug addicts. This is what it leads to.
Hours after the accident, friends and relatives of the family went to clean up what was left of the post. The young family's apartment is littered with rubbish. "Psychological deviations on the part of the mother led to this. I tried to help her, but I didn't succeed," adds the children's grandfather.
This is not the first time the children have had to be rescued. "And other times I have seen these children walking barefoot and naked in the corridor. And I've seen their parents in different states than most people," says the man who rescued them.
"We love our children. We look at them. Naked, barefoot outside, it's not bad if it's warm," the father says to the children.
The cause of the fire is yet to be clarified. As well as where the single father will live with his two children. "There are friends who might help to get started. We'll see and I don't know yet," pointed out Angel Mihailov, the children's grandfather.
