Kostadin Angelov will sue "Capital" for op-eds, but this would not be a "Slap Case"

For three years, a tendentious slander campaign has been conducted against me with the aim of intentionally and maliciously tarnishing my name. To have my honor and dignity violated. May my authority be ruined! Prof. Kostadin Angelov, former Minister of Health in the last government of Boyko Borisov, wrote this on Facebook.

Dozens of articles have been written against me in “Capital" by the same author - Desislava Nikolova. Her fixation is obvious. I am not wanted for a position in her dozens of materials, and I can refute her theses with documents and facts.

This has to stop. I have to do it because otherwise the bullying will continue!

Therefore, I am filing a lawsuit against the media and the author of the articles.

This will not be a "slap case", but a case proving how a journalist systematically violates the ethical code of the Bulgarian media and a case in which the facts disprove the slander.
