The investigation into the accident that killed one of the most famous football coaches in our country - Ferrario Spasov, has ended. This was reported by "Now" the district prosecutor of Lovech Valentin Valkov, who is also the supervising prosecutor in the case.
An indictment is to be drawn up and the case brought to court.
The disaster that took Spasov's life happened on November 11 of this year. near Sheremetya. 25-year-old Nacho Panteleev is accused of this.
The examination shows that he was driving at an excessive speed - 165 km/h. No traces of alcohol or drugs were found in his blood. According to the prosecutor's office, this is an act that is a particularly serious case. If this accusation holds up in court, Panteleev could receive from 5 to 12 years in prison.
In November, the district prosecutor of Lovech announced that Panteleev's income would also be checked. "We need to clarify if he does not work and has no income, where did he get this car. As far as I know, he also drove other luxury cars," he explained. The 25-year-old man caused the accident with an expensive Mercedes.
