BSP chose to close its national campaign in Gotse Delchev. Days before the vote, the socialists are motivated to achieve even better results. Party leader Kornelia Ninova expressed hope that this time the country will have a regular government, but without prominent political figures. According to Ninova, Bulgaria does not need elections in the fall, as the BSP would not push the country into a new political crisis.
„People are tired and they need someone to give them a horizon and a perspective for Bulgaria. So we want and believe there is a government. A supra-party, expert, programmatic and temporary government with specific tasks and parliamentary support and control by the parliament. Without party leaders, without bright political figures - from people to implement a program. I believe that our politicians have some sense left and we will not throw the country into a political crisis again. At least we won't do it”, commented BSP leader Cornelia Ninova.
