Dr. Daniela Daritkova is was elected as the chairman of the Regional Medical College (RLC) in Smolyan, the RLC announced. The decision on this was taken at the reporting and election meeting of the collegium, BTA reported.
„I accept my election as chairman of the Smolyan Regional Medical College with gratitude and awareness of the assumed responsibility. My ambition is to unite the doctors in the region and to involve young colleagues in the idea that unitedly we can defend the interests of the community”, said Dr. Daniela Daritkova.
She added that the efforts of the new Management Board will be to maximize the use of opportunities for continuing medical education, to increase the professional qualification of doctors in the interest of better medical care in the region.
Dr. Daniela Daritkova graduated from "Medicine" at the St. Petersburg Medical Pediatric Institute. He has acquired a specialty in "Pediatrics and General Medicine", a master's degree in "Health Management". from the Medical University in Sofia. She was a national representative in six National Assemblies and in three of them chairperson of the Health Care Commission.
Dr. Daritkova takes over from Dr. Momchil Hubchev, who was chairman for two consecutive terms and is not eligible for a third. Dr. Hubchev was elected by his colleagues as the deputy chairman of RLK – Resin.
Dr. Pavlina Trambabova was elected secretary of the Management Board (MB) of the Regional Medical College.
