Mass changes continue in the composition of the sectional election commissions in the Blagoevgrad region, the Regional Election Commission has warned, cited by BNR.
As for the election materials - they were transported from the Municipality to the buses with shopping carts of a large retail chain.
Due to the volume and weight of the election papers, the municipality of Blagoevgrad had provided metal carts to transport the materials to the buses. How the members of the sectional commissions evaluated the organization:
"For sectional committees, trolleys are a great convenience. The instructions are clear, everything is accurate".
"With these new instructions, the way of working is much easier. Very good organization. People expect to receive their materials. We go to the sections, arrange, prepare and wait for the voters.
And in these elections, massive errors are expected in the counting of the vote results due to the massive changes in the composition of the sectional commissions, which continue to this day. Ismet Uzunov - Secretary of the Regional Election Commission:
"The municipality with the most changes that have been made in recent days is the municipality of Petrich - maybe about 50 percent replacement of the lineups. When 250 or 300 new people were appointed in a municipality yesterday or the other day, you know that there is no way for them to be trained. That will be a problem. Both choices are preferential, which means there will be a lot of mistakes.
