The CEC believes that the election day passed normally and calmly. Regardless of the received signals and complaints, the commissions provided an opportunity for all Bulgarian citizens to vote. This was announced at a briefing by CEC spokesperson Rositsa Mateva, quoted by BNT.
The total number of machines that did not vote are 148, 134 of them are in the country, 14 outside the country. Yesterday, the CEC processed 106 complaints and reports.
The voter turnout at 8:00 p.m. will be announced on the CEC website when the CEC protocols are 100% processed.
As of 2:00 p.m., 85.14 percent of the protocols of the SEC have been processed in the district election commissions. All SICs outside the country are accepted in the CEC, i.e. data outside the country is 100% processed.
On June 12, the CEC will announce the results of the vote for members of the European Parliament and the allocation of mandates. On June 13, the votes received and the allocation of mandates for the people's representatives in the Bulgarian parliament will be announced. On June 14, the names of the 17 elected members of the EP from the Republic of Bulgaria will be announced. On June 16, they will announce the names of the new 240 people's representatives.
