It is necessary to see a cabinet with clear political responsibility. At the same time, the future management must look attractive to be "sold" of voters.

This opinion was expressed to the BNR by political scientist Hristo Panchugov.

Borisov is faced with a complex and difficult choice - the decision whether to once again enter into some kind of agreement, which leads to tension in GERB and alienates a wider circle of voters. On the other hand, the breakdown in political relations leads to instability, he pointed out.

Regarding possible support from the BSP, the political scientist believes that "a similar type of assembly would not lead to real stability and a meaningful agenda". There are not many scenarios in which Cornelia Ninova can remain chairman, stressed Panchugov.

ITN could find with GERB common policies that can serve as justification. The question is whether they are willing, he added.

The low voter turnout put the DPS once again in a situation of unavoidable factor, noted Panchugov.

"The situation is extremely uncomfortable for the other political subjects."

Parties communicate with their voters in a controlled environment, and Bulgarian society is tired of this type of relationship with its politicians, Hristo Panchugov pointed out.

PP-DB made the request to be a strong opposition, but seeing the company in which the opposition would be, this is not an easier decision than to support a government, the political scientist's analysis points out.

In his words, self-enclosure "in some tribe that is at war with everyone" is part of the reasons for their election result.

Regarding the possible inclusion of President Rumen Radev in the party race, Panchugov commented that his decision whether to remain in his post was "a stronger temptation than to give up his position and throw himself into the uncertain terrain of 70 % non-voters and many other subjects in the same field on which he positions himself".
