GERB broadcasts a negotiation team for meetings with the parties represented by the party - Denitsa Sacheva, Raya Nazaryan and Temenuzka Petkova. The leader of the party, Boyko Borisov, declared that the party's victory was decisive.
"This is not a time for boasting and self-centeredness, nor for confrontation between institutions, but for state decisions. There must be an understanding between parliament and government on common national issues. The ultimate talking and chest beating, the angry and the deserters - this is no time for them. The world is at war and facing a major war if the politicians of the world do not find a way to calm the world through diplomacy. It is time for wise men and women," he pointed out.
"Over 11% we are above the second, and we ask ourselves whether there will be a government. However, we have one MP less. I am interested in how the colleagues from the small parties who are quick to say that they will not participate in a cabinet. They can speak for the people, but not us. GERB doesn't do it", stressed Borisov.
Tomislav Donchev stated that the victory was important. "GERB-SDS wins in 174 municipalities. It happened after years of trying, a large part of the institutions tried unsuccessfully to destroy our party. First is first, even if it is by one percent, despite attempts to suggest otherwise, there is order in this race. Support for us returned to Varna, Vidin, Pazardzhik, Shumen, Dobrich, Ruse. The preferential vote is of great importance - Raya Nazaryan has 1000 more than Lena Borislavova. Georg Georgiev has twice as many preferences as Kiril Petkov in Pernik," he said.
GERB-SDS is the first political force in the vote for people's representatives and MEPs. In the elections for the National Assembly, the coalition won 24.70% of the votes, and for the EP - 23.54%, according to the final results of the CEC with 100% processed protocols.
