Presence of “intestinal enterococci“ and “Escherichia coli“ found out the health inspectors, and the results were probably influenced by the emergency situation that arose in the area of the discharge of the treated wastewater from the "Albena" treatment plant, reports RZI - Dobrich.
It is again recommended to limit bathing in the area of the accident – the central beach of Kranevo.
A new sampling was carried out today, with further sampling scheduled for the bathing season scheduled for June 25.
RZI - Dobrich will carry out careful monitoring of “Escherichia coli“ and “intestinal enterococci“ in the accident area. The aim is to track the indicators and establish the condition of the bathing waters in the area until they improve in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on the Management of the Quality of Bathing Waters, and will promptly inform the public of the established results, the health inspectorate also reported.
