A state of emergency has been declared in the municipalities of Harmanli and Lyubimets due to the fires that occurred this afternoon in Sakar Planina, BTA reported.
This was announced by the press center of the regional administration in Haskovo. The order is from the regional governor Ginka Raycheva.
