Glavchev reassured: There is no question that Bulgarian troops will be sent to Ukraine - 1

The National Assembly is listening to acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev regarding the Bulgarian position on the upcoming NATO summit in Washington, USA.

The meeting was classified at the request of "There is such a people", BNT reports. ITN Chairman Toshko Yordanov motivated the request for a closed meeting due to "commitments in Bulgaria's position for the NATO summit, which were not voted by the parliament and which lead to the rejection of national sovereignty.

"To reassure the citizens, there is no question that Bulgarian troops will be sent to Ukraine. "Such a topic has not been discussed, nor is it to be discussed," said acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev during an open part of his hearing, before the parliamentary session was classified.

Bulgaria's position on the NATO meeting contains classified information and therefore cannot be published, say the official office. A few days ago, Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said that he would send it to the Secret Registry of the Parliament, so that any deputy who wishes can get to know her.
