Alexander Simov: Peevski's letter is a declaration of war - 1

„If we listen to all representatives of the DPS - there will be no war. But everything is unusual in what is happening. Or Dogan loses his control over part of the DPS, and Delyan Peevski's letter is a declaration of war. "Because Peevski not only does not back down from his positions, but also positions himself as the face of the new youth in the DPS, with whom the party is developing," journalist Alexander Simov commented to NOVA.

His colleague Iliya Valkov pointed out that in recent days letters have been continuously exchanged in the party. “Many local structures come out “for” or “against” Delyan Peevski and Ahmed Dogan. This letter is a preemptive move. It is indicative of the fact that if everything was in order, Delyan Peevski would be in Rosenets, and he would not be writing letters, he believes.

„I don't think this is an attempted uprising. The conflict in DPS is not “for” and “against” Delyan peevski. "The new generation of young Bulgarian Turks, maybe they need a new beginning," Simov said.

According to the journalist Victor Ivanov, the terrible thing about the conflict that has arisen is that in the last few days, divisions have started to appear between the Muslim community. “This has never happened before. We cannot predict what will happen,”, he added.

„Those who created Peevski's side would hardly give in so easily to declarations of unity. At some point we will wake up in some kind of oppositional war in which the DPS is divided. No one will be able to win. It is possible to reach some kind of cold truce, says Simov.

According to Ivanov, there are two possibilities for change in the political reality. “Finally, the parties should learn that they should speak positively with messages or a random event in the three days before the vote,”, he added.
