In the literal and figurative sense, the country is on fire. This natural disaster is very worrisome, the problems of the political scene do not help the state to be in its place in helping those in distress.
This was commented by the municipal councilor from ITN Plamen Danailov in the studio of "The Day ON AIR".
He also stated that the fight against corruption is not an end in itself and the state should be in its place and not seize and harass businesses and people. According to him, a resource exists or can be found with a loan.
" BGN 900 million for the size of our economy is not such a big challenge. Another question is how quickly they can be spent effectively and how to ensure that they will be enough for the needs of the people who have suffered and, on the other hand, to have a real prevention of similar events," Danailov said.
On the air of Bulgaria ON AIR, the municipal councilor from ITN expressed his position that no more compensation should be given to businesses because of electricity prices. According to his data, in the evenings in our country the price reaches over BGN 1,000 per megawatt hour due to the large shortage.
"The Bulgarian energy exchange is not well integrated. Another big problem of the Bulgarian energy industry is that PAVETS "Chaira" it's not working because a shoddy repair was done that brought it to this state. A month ago, the tender launched by NEK failed, there was no candidate who appeared for the public procurement, BGN 55 million is needed for the rehabilitation", explained the guest
The municipal councilor added that the mayor of Sofia, Vasil Terziev, once again "catastrophized" in court, as the municipality was sentenced in another case to pay this time BGN 31,000 to the private company that appealed his decision.
"I hope that the mayor will not waste the time of the people of Sofia and that we will start working. Losing cases is a problem because we pay fees," added Plamen Danailov.
