President Rumen Radev will not delay handing over the second mandate, but from "We continue the change" ; - "Democratic Bulgaria" announced that they would leave the folder empty. The reason is the unsuccessful talks with the other political forces, which refused to support them.
"The approach was that the mandate should be returned. I don't see a majority. I see groups breaking up. My personal position has always been that there should be a cabinet. We need a regular government"=
This was commented by the leader of "Volt" Nastimir Ananiev in the show "The Day ON AIR".
He explained that 6 months ago, Academician Nikolay Denkov's office voted about BGN 170 million under the operational program "Environment". for the purchase of 385 specialized vehicles for fighting forest fires, 67 mobile forest fire extinguishing systems, 6,000 personal protective equipment and additional modern equipment. According to Ananiev, the money has been released, but the order has not been fulfilled.
"There is a 5% chance of a cabinet. 95% we go to elections. If anyone can do it, it will be ITN. My expectations were for those who thumped their chests. Borisov cannot have such big claims and offend", Ananiev told Bulgaria ON AIR.
According to him, PP-DB was punished by the voters because of the assembly.
"People didn't come out to vote. This was their penalty vote. When one does not turn out to vote, the cooperative and bought vote are given a lot of weight. The president will most likely hand over the second mandate on Monday, we will return it right away," the leader of "Volt" added.
He predicts that Radev will give the third mandate to either BSP or ITN. According to him, 121 deputies are enough to form a government, but to complete the reforms, 160 are needed.
