The two fires in Kyustendilsko that occurred during the week have been brought under control - in the area of the village of Vaksevo-Frolosh, Nevestino municipality, which affected about 250 decares of coniferous forest, and in Red apple, on the border with North Macedonia, where about 600 decares of former agricultural areas, grasses and bushes and about 10 decares of deciduous forest are affected. This is what the Southwest State Enterprise said this morning, quoted by BNR.
During the night, at both fires, there were teams from the Fire Department and the Forest Department, who were watching for smoldering fires.
The situation is under control.
