Next ITN to hold consultations and nominate a candidate for prime minister if their intentions are serious. This was stated to BTV by Assoc. Nataliya Kiselova, professor of constitutional law.
We are going to elections in October, predicts Prof. Kiselova. "October 6 is now an impossible date, as the entire procedure will be completed by this Sunday." So the possible date goes to the middle of October.
There is no obstacle for one of the other 240 MPs to become the Speaker of the National Assembly, so that, upon election, the Speaker can become acting Prime Minister, commented Prof. Kiselova "the home book" for the election of the Prime Minister.
