This is what the creator of the platform “We the users“ recommended. Gabriela Rumenova in an interview with BNR.

The same is the case with the fruits on the stalls, these more exotic raspberries, blackberries and people find it difficult to calculate, this is an attempt to leave the consumers with an impression that it is cheaper than it is.
The other thing is that some places do not provide free access to a toilet to all customers in the establishment, regardless of the number of stars,” said the creator of “We the users”.
They had to intervene from the platform to protect the interest of users who had a reservation and 4 days before the date they get a call from the hotel and say they are going out for repairs. From “We the users“ have saved the holiday and the people were accommodated in another wing of the hotel.
Others booked a hotel 300 m from the beach, so it was written. They are told on the spot that it is 300 m, but by air. And there was a small child and a disabled person in the family.
„Now there are last minute offers going out to market rooms that will not be able to be sold. Be careful, because these offers also include discounts, but let consumers also see the price in the other periods of the season, so that it does not turn out that the discounts are imaginary, Gabriela Rumenova warned.
