President Rumen Radev's nominee for the new acting Prime Minister, Gorica Grancharova-Kozhareva, is expected to propose the composition of the cabinet on August 19.

The topic was commented on in the program “This Saturday and Sunday” the political scientist Hristo Panchugov and the constitutional law expert associate professor Borislav Tsekov.
According to Panchugov, there is currently a strange feeling among all political formations in the parliament that they can influence the process.
„The most radical possible change would be for Gorica Kozhareva to give up this position. After all, there are already such rumors”, announced Panchugov.
And according to Borislav Tsekov, it is possible that Kozhareva will return an empty folder to the president, and he will have to find another candidate from the list under the Constitution, which became known as the “home book”.
“Obviously, the parliamentary groups are currently very excited about the composition of the caretaker government and with various political tools they are trying to influence the candidate for caretaker prime minister.(...)
