The suspension of heavy goods traffic in certain sections of the republican road network in the afternoon hours, when the temperatures are the highest, is to minimize the risks of deformations of the road surface and to protect the life and health of travelers.
Agency “Road infrastructure“ appeals to drivers to drive carefully and at an appropriate speed, to obey the traffic rules and not to undertake risky overtaking that endangers the safety of all other passengers. The API also calls not to use the emergency lanes on the highways for faster movement in heavy traffic, as it prevents the passage of vehicles with a special mode of movement in the event of an accident.
