The prosecutor's office refused to initiated pre-trial proceedings against Delyan Peevski, reported Lena Borislavova. The report was filed by PP-DB and civil association BOEC because of allegations in Ahmed Dogan's address from July 11, with which the honorary chairman demanded the resignation of Peevski and five other DPS activists.
The prosecutor's office has been contacted because of Dogan's claim that secretive approaches are being used to take away businesses and threaten families with the prosecutor's office and the Ministry of the Interior.
On her Facebook profile, Lena Borislavova wrote that the prosecutor's office did not even call for questioning the persons who claim this criminal abuse of power and thus, according to Borislavova, no concrete data was collected. And he adds that this is not the first time that the prosecutor's office turns a blind eye to reports against Delyan Peevski.
Borislavova also published the last page of the decree refusing to institute pre-trial proceedings and stating that the refusal will be appealed.
According to BNT sources, a counter report was also filed against Ahmed Dogan, according to which the initiation of an investigation was also refused.
