The reception of documents for registration of parties and coalitions for the early parliamentary elections on October 27 has been postponed for the second time, BTA reports. The entrance of the Central Electoral Commission is blocked by a cordon of gendarmes and sympathizers of the two wings of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) - those supporting the honorary chairman Ahmed Dogan, and those supporting Delyan Peevski.
Young people from the DPS, sympathizing with Jevdet Chakarov and Delyan Peevski are at the entrance of the building. Both groups are on the stairs waiting for their representatives inside to submit registration papers first.
From a video distributed by "DPS Press Center" it became known that within the CEC there are representatives of both the DPS (without Peevski and his group) and the DPS-New Beginning. The CEC announced that they will discuss the situation with the registration of DPS from 10:30 am. It is yet to become clear how the work of the election administration will continue.
