"The CEC must come up with a recommendation for the names of the traffic police. In my opinion, things will end at the Supreme Court. "Yesterday there was no party registration, only the submission of documents", the mathematician and long-time deputy chairman of the CEC Prof. Mihail Konstantinov said about the case.
"It is an exotic idea that not a single DPS can be registered," commented the constitutionalist.
"The CEC was very surprised by what happened, and it was not a surprise. They were not prepared, and the chairman was not present," added the mathematician.
Both sides of the DPS spent the night in the National Assembly with their parliamentary cards, Kiselova said, adding that this was "quite innovative".
