Coalition "Democracy, rights and freedoms - DPS" has filed an appeal in the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) against the decision of the Central Election Commission to refuse to register the coalition for participation in the elections for national representatives on October 27, 2024, the court announced, transmitted by BTA
The case is scheduled for tomorrow, September 12 at 11:00 a.m., in an open court session.
BTA reminds that today the Supreme Court ruled that the CEC should immediately register the coalition “Movement for Rights and Freedoms - A New Beginning“ for participation in the elections for people's representatives.
Yesterday, the SAC left without consideration two appeals of the DPS political party against the CEC's refusal to delete registration for participation in partial local elections on October 20 and terminated the proceedings in both cases.
