Three people died and 33 were injured in 24 serious accidents in the country over the past around the clock. This was announced by the Ministry of the Interior on its website, BTA reported.
There were two serious and 27 minor road accidents in Sofia. Five people were injured.
Since the beginning of September, 310 serious accidents have been registered in the country with 18 deaths and 414 injuries. Since the beginning of the year, 316 people have died and 6,378 have been injured in 5,074 serious road accidents. Compared to the data for the same period last year, there were 53 fewer victims on the road.
