Georgi Svilenski and Ivan Chenchev submitted today a parliamentary question to the Minister of the Interior Atanas Ilkov, with which they emphasized:
„During an election campaign, the Directorate of “Cybercrime” to the GDBOP-MII is interrogating Vasil Stoyanov, administrator of the Facebook page “I support Kornelia Ninova” with more than 20,000 members.
Obviously, the group members on this page are not into cybercrime, but into political analysis and commentary. Different people freely express their opinions in it, said the people's representatives from the BSP for Bulgaria.
And they asked Minister Ilkov: “On what grounds are the administrators being interrogated, on the basis of what report, when was it filed and by whom? What has your inspection found so far?
Georgi Svilenski and Ivan Chenchev indicated that they were waiting for an answer. “Because the next question is: Can we no longer express our opinion #freely?”, added Ivan Chenchev.
