"Determining the degree of someone's guilt or responsibility is not the subject of the Commission's investigation. She conducted the investigation in four main directions. The first – study of flight crew training and flight organization. Second – medical examination. Third – aeronautical engineering research. And fourth - investigation of the circumstances under which the aviation accident occurred. The commission did not find any data that directly contributed to the disaster in the organizational activity of the event. The pilots, Lieutenant Colonel Petko Dimitrov and Captain Vencislav Dunkin entered the maneuver incorrectly, they had a second and a half to eject. There is not a single senior officer to blame.

This is shown by the conclusions of the inspections of the Commission at the Ministry of Defense, which was supposed to clarify the reasons for the plane accident near Graf Ignatievo, reported a reporter of "Focus".

In the words of Colonel Petko Vasilev, state expert in the "Investigation of Aviation Accidents and Incidents" department. in the "Military Police" Office the crew members have successfully passed the annual and half-yearly medical examination at the VMA, the conclusion of which is that they are "fit for flying duty as a pilot".

"The conclusions of the flight medical examination on the day of the event itself is that the psycho-physical condition of the pilots allows the performance of flight tasks on the specific day," Vassilev pointed out.

According to him, the plane was in working order.

"Violation of safety measures, violation of the order of execution of the flight task and incorrect assessment of the height reserve for the way of making a decision to bring the aircraft into the vertical plane were determined as concomitant reasons," added Colonel Vasilev.

On September 13 of this year, while preparing for a demonstration flight near Graf Ignatievo, an L-39ZA combat training aircraft crashed. The two pilots from the 12th aviation base in Dolna Mitropolia, Petko Dimitrov and Ventsislav Dunkin, died. They were posthumously promoted to military rank.

At the beginning of October, the Ministry of Defense announced that the data from the "black box" of the L-39 aircraft were successfully taken down and handed over to the investigative team of the Military Prosecutor's Office.
