Again the case for the changes in the management of the DPS has been postponed.
The Sofia City Court failed to proceed with the case to register changes in the leadership of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) due to procedural reasons.
The main obstacle is the complaints filed by the persons who were refused to participate as third parties in the proceedings at the previous court hearing. These appeals are currently being administered.
Before proceeding with the consideration of the case in the Sofia City Court, a ruling by the Supreme Court of Cassation on the filed appeals is necessary. The next meeting is scheduled for November 15, 2024, 12:00 p.m.
