There are some small ones to say – appeared from the ground and now wants the key ministry".
The key players in the state are 3 and a half, emphasized Prof. Vitanov and named them – Boyko Borisov, Delyan Peevski, Ahmed Dogan and the politician X, who is a potential player on the political field. For him, the rest are "primados who will now turn a deaf ear to Borisov in order to make his life miserable, if they have to make a government". And Borisov must form a government, he is categorical and explained:
"Borisov wins, wins elections, but does not form a government. If he continues like this, his own image will begin to tarnish".
According to him, if after all "Greatness" enters the next National Assembly, the GERB leader's task for government will become very difficult. "This means that his deputies will decrease and the divas will start singing much louder from the stage, because he will be in a weaker position," the mathematician emphasized in an interview for the program "Above all".
In his words, Peevski would be happy to support such a government, even if he does not participate openly in it:
" Mr. Peevski is an intelligent person and we will hardly see him as deputy prime minister. He will order his people".
In such an option, the support of ITN, BSP or PP-DB will also be necessary.
According to mathematics, another option for the government is for GERB to come to an agreement with PP-DB and exclude Peevski. And then again, however, a "golden finger" will be needed, he pointed out and again suggested that this role could be taken by BSP or ITN.
In the case of an option, GERB + the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms should also include PP-DB, the professor also commented.
He believes that the probability of a government without GERD is small – no more than 5-10%. And yet:
"Theoretically, it is possible to have a government without GERB and without Peevski's DPS. Such a government could have 120 deputies, but such a government cannot happen without a "Revival"".
"Borisov will have a hard time dealing with the prima donnas. He needs help from the conductor. The conductor should wave the baton and build the prima donnas to sing in sync with Borisov", predicts Prof. Vitanov, referring to the USA and the upcoming presidential elections.
"Otherwise, a big shadow is slowly starting to appear on the horizon that can overturn the political system of a country,", he warned.
And he pointed out that 2.5 million people did not vote, and over 80 thousand chose the option "I do not support anyone". "There is scope for the emergence of a new party that would be twice the amount taken by GERB in the current elections," the mathematician calculated.
"Some such process will begin, because those 2.5 million voters who do not vote, they will at some point become active. They will not sit and sleep forever. Some big party will emerge that will be an alternative to the current ones," he predicted, referring to President Rumen Radev.
