Unfortunately, after the seventh consecutive election, instead of having more reasons for optimism, it is getting sadder.
I'm sure every single one of you feels the same as I do: anger, rage, disgust. And all this is the result of the brutal attempt of someone to lie to you. To steal your voice. To manipulate you. To screw you up.
They think they own you, that they are above the law, that they will make the law a club in their dirty, dirty, thieving hands. With these same hands until yesterday they bought votes so that today through the media, in front of your eyes, they can twist them in the name of power. And they do not touch the law - it is convenient for them.
I am a practical person. In this abominable environment, practical action needs to be taken. And by law.
According to statistics, the last population census in Bulgaria, which took place at the end of 2023, clearly showed that the population of Bulgaria is 6,445,481 people. This is everyone: newborns, children, adults, men and women. Everyone! However, when elections come, I understand that the people with voting rights are more than 6,601,000 people. That is, by over 200,000 people on top of our entire population. Why? Where does the difference come from? Where is the "dog" buried? Why is voter turnout low?
The answers to these questions lie in the voter lists, which are full of so-called "dead souls". They are already over a million and a half. And when we say "dead souls", it's not just the dead who have suddenly "voted" for a party from abroad. This anomaly sometimes allows 1,500 people to be registered as living at an address, usually in a Roma neighborhood. These "dead souls" create the illusion of low voter turnout and thus the bought and corporate vote succeeds in defeating your independent and free vote.
And having told you that I am a practical man, I will tell you what should be done on this subject.
It should have been done a long time ago. These lists should have been cleared a long time ago. We should have removed this weapon that is being used by dirty hands long ago. Okay. It's about time that happened.

From the first day of the 51st Parliament my colleagues, understand "There is such a people", we will do everything possible to change - immediately the Electoral Code and whoever does not support us to do so will state clearly to all of you that there is an interest in "dead souls". We need to clear the electoral rolls. Let's get rid of these dead and non-existent people - the "dead souls". In this way, we will remove this figure of a million and a half, so that automatically, whenever the next election is, it will finally be normal. I'll give you an example. If we assume that the current voter turnout was 38%, if we clean the rolls, it will be much higher and then anyone who thinks they can buy votes will go to the political dump.
I want to be absolutely clear, from day one we start clearing dead souls.
It's about time someone took out the trash!
