„If we say that Delyan Peevski's DPS is bad, is Ahmed Dogan's DPS good? The only possible formula is a coalition with a clearly defined program. It doesn't matter here who are the good guys and the bad guys. "The bad guys here are those who cannot form a government," comments Lyubomir Stefanov, a political scientist.

Stefanov emphasized that PP-DB and GERB-SDS do not have a majority. “They will have to agree with a third and even a fourth. The process may not have reached a conversation between equal partners.”
