I want to say that the elections were not fair. I believe that I am expressing the opinion of the majority of Bulgarian citizens, especially those who went to vote and saw what was happening. This means that it is quite possible to seek cassation and here we enter some quicksand, because there is no practice on this topic. Such brutal buying of votes and one-way towards the “new beginning” never happened before.
This was stated by the co-chairman of “We continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria” Atanas Atanasov in front of NOVA.

I would venture to say that we made a mistake when the Constitution was being changed. In our desire for the PP-DB to find the best solution for the judicial reform, we made a compromise on the way in which the official government is constructed, Atanasov pointed out and added that in this way it was possible for Boyko Borisov and Delyan Peevski to have an official government.
Atanas Atanasov announced that as the second political force, it is normal for the PP-DB to propose its own candidate for the Speaker of the National Assembly. “The construction of the National Assembly will begin with the election of the chairman and he will be significant. We will see how the political forces will line up, he specified.
„ There are no official talks between PP-DB and GERB-SDS. Today is one week since the elections, I remember how Rosen Zhelyazkov said that it is important to act quickly and start negotiations already on Monday. A week passed, no communication at all. I have an informal conversation with Boyko Borisov, but I don't want to go into details. "The first political force is the one that should take the initiative," Atanasov emphasized.
In his words, GERB-SDS should choose or start negotiations to create a majority with PP-DB and form a joint cabinet or choose “DPS-New Beginning” of Delyan Peevski.
In response to the accusations against Asen Vassilev, related to the testimony of the former head of the “Customs” and Delyan Dobrev's published opinion on the case today, Atanasov replied: “Delyan Dobrev was the only deputy of GERB-SDS who voted against the government of Nikolay Denkov. He has the role of provocateur in GERB-SDS. Certain tasks are assigned to him in order to see some kind of reaction," said the co-chairman of "Continuing the Change-Democratic Bulgaria".
