From "There is such a people" are preparing an appeal for the partial cancellation of the early parliamentary vote on October 27, which will be ready by Wednesday. This was announced on the air of "More from the day" on BNT Stanislav Balabanov from ITN.
"Partial means we refer to specific evidence. It concerns specific sections based on the materials we saw from the video surveillance, as well as where it was missing," said Balabanov.
"This appeal, which we are preparing to the Supreme Court, will be ready on Wednesday," he added.
After that, ITN will seek the support of the formations in the 50th National Assembly, Balabanov explained. He pointed out that if the appeal is filed, the Supreme Court has two months to issue a ruling.
"This will not interfere with the work of the 51st National Assembly,", he noted.
In his words, the situation will not be the same if it is requested to count the vote in its entirety.
"Regarding the work of the current institutions and the influence in them, there will be no result," said Balabanov.
He emphasized that in order to cash in the elections, there must be concrete evidence. According to him, the institutions are currently saying “the elections were fair”.
Regarding whether ITN would support the PP-DB declaration, Balabanov stated:
"First they send their signed declaration that they support our idea of clearing the dead lists, then we will return their signed one"
"I don't want us to live in a country of declarations and ultimatums,", the politician from ITN also said.
