The National Taxi Union and “Union Taxi” ready to protest because of the lifting of the “Civil Liability” for their industry, NOVA reported.
According to their calculations, the increase will be drastic, for some it is about 50 percent, and for others the jump in this part of the costs is about 1000%.
They insist that the Commission for the Protection of Competition and the Commission for the Protection of Consumers establish what necessitated the simultaneous and drastic lifting of “civil liability” from the various insurers. The industry is of the opinion that a jump of over 50% cannot be justified, that is why they are ready to protest.
