In the parliament we see that one thing is said and done quite another. Politicians must understand that negotiations are necessary and must find more common themes, priorities and tasks. I hope that the negotiations are being conducted to form a regular cabinet in this parliament, and not to prepare the ground for new elections. In my opinion, GERB keeps PP-DB away because they feel that PP-DB is trying to organize a front against them. So far, this front has failed. PP-DB should sober up a bit, because ITN and BSP will not bow to them.
This is what he said in the show "The Day Live" on NOVA NEWS, the political scientist Prof. Rumyana Kolarova, who comments on the political situation in the country.
"The request for a "sanitary cordon" around Delyan Peevski is a form of ostracism, which is unacceptable. In my opinion, the PP-DB people only lose from this radical ostracism. I'm even talking about PP and putting aside DB. If this cordon happens, it will be very humiliating for the DPS PG - New Beginning. Peevski has a lot of energy and aggression. To me, his words from Monday's protest mean more that he will run for president and enter the presidency. This is how I understood them", Prof. Kolarova concluded.
"Anything can happen around the election of the speaker of the parliament. In my opinion, the parties will orient themselves step by step towards some more moderate and expert candidates. One such candidate is Prof. Kiselova. The fact is that after the changes in the Constitution we have the so-called "home book". If Raya Nazaryan becomes the Speaker of the National Assembly, he will certainly not be the next acting Prime Minister chosen by Radev. For me, there will be no rotations in this parliament. At the moment, GERB is twice as big as PP-DB and there is no way to get to rotations. PP-DB should understand this thing as well. "It doesn't hurt that the PP is starting negotiations before it has become the first political force in the parliament," she added.
