The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Eng. Violeta Koritarova will visit the Burgas region in the period November 20-21. Minister Koritarova's program includes an inspection of the implementation of key infrastructure facilities in the region, as well as a meeting with representatives of the local government to discuss the water supply situation in the region.
On November 20, at 11:30 a.m., the regional minister will inspect the “Poroy“ dam. in Pomorie municipality. The reservoir is located along the Hadzhii River between the villages of Poroy and Orizare (location). Later, from 1:00 p.m., the minister will also check the condition of the “Aheloy” dam, built along the Aheloy river, near the village of Kableshkovo, Pomorie municipality (location). The two dams are of strategic importance for the water supply of the Burgas region.
On the same day, from 2:30 p.m., Minister Koritarova will inspect the condition of the “Yasna Polyana” dam. and the drinking water treatment plant to it (location).
At around 3:30 p.m., the minister will check the condition of the bridge facility that connects the town of Chernomorets with Sozopol and Burgas. From 4:30 p.m., Violeta Koritarova will inspect the main repair of the third-class road Burgas-Sozopol - Yasna Polyana.
On November 21, at 09:30, Minister Koritarova will meet with the mayors of the municipalities of Burgas, Aytos, Karnobat, Sungurlare, Tsarevo, Rouen, Sredets, Primorsko, Sozopol, Nessebar, Pomorie. The problems with water supply in the region will be discussed there. The meeting will be held in the building of the Waterworks-Burgas, which is located in the "Pobeda" district, "Gen. Vladimir Vazov“ #3.
Later, from 12:30 p.m., the regional minister will inspect the implementation of projects in the region, financed under the government investment program with funds from the budget.
