On the days of the celebration, a screening of a specially made documentary film, concerts, performances and wine tasting are also planned.
The celebrations will end with a torchlight procession from the place of discovery of the treasure to the square "20 April" and a concert entitled "Tenth treasure is You!"

At the beginning of the preparations for the event, the mayor of Panagyurishte municipality Zhelyazko Gagov pointed out that such a celebration is being organized for the first time, and the idea is for the celebrations to take on a national scale.
The Panagyur gold treasure was discovered on December 8, 1949 by the three Dejkovi brothers. It contains nine vessels with a total weight of just over 6 kilograms.
