The election of Nataliya Kiselova is the result of an agreement along the Borisov-Radev axis. With unpublished agreements between the centers of power, the work of the parliament can be unblocked. I see no chance of the second and third terms being realized. An exoneration game is being played right now. This is what the political scientist Assoc. Ognyan Minchev in the studio of "Offensive with Lyubo Ognyanov".
"In Bulgaria, there are several main centers of power that must be understood in order to reach a solution to the fragmented political situation. These are the circles around the president, around Peevski, around Borisov and the PP people who are becoming more and more radical. Without an agreement within this round, no solution could be reached," he added.
According to him Assoc. Silvi Kirilov was not acceptable for the Speaker of the National Assembly for a large part of the parliamentary forces. "The reason is that over the last year, ITN has increasingly emerged as a direct lobbying tool for the interests of President Radev. This party was created in circles around DPS", the political scientist believes.
In his words, the BSP would not mind becoming a member of a ruling coalition. "It is difficult for PP-DB to assess what they want. They claim that they want a radical change of the political system. The problem is how this can be achieved. For the leaders of PP, cooperation with "Vazrazhdane" is possible, if only the sanitary cordon is implemented. However, Peevski is only a personification, part of a larger problem. However, if the Constitutional Court rejects the amendment related to the office cabinet, Radev will have complete freedom in its formation," Assoc. Minchev.
