You know that a group of Bulgarian citizens are facing trial in London for espionage in favor of Russia. In this regard, there is certain information in the media that gives reason to assume that this group was logistically provided for in Bulgaria as well. This was said to journalists in the parliament premises by the MP from "We continue the purge – Democratic Bulgaria" Gen. Atanas Atanasov.
A Bulgarian publication states that the logistical base of this spy group was in a specific village in Bulgaria, and the names of two of the participants are also listed. And two days ago, information appeared in the Times, based on the data in the case, that this group has a strong connection with Mrs. Cornelia Ninova and with President Rumen Radev, as well as "umbrella" by a former deputy chairman of the National Security Agency, Gen. Atanasov said.
In this regard, my question is what actions have the Bulgarian special services taken regarding these revelations and whether there is a breakthrough in Bulgarian national security, he indicated.
