Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev ordered immediate measures to reorganize traffic on the “Danube Bridge“, so as to avoid any traffic difficulties and strictly apply Schengen rules.
A report by Nova TV revealed that in order to cross the border with Romania, drivers must first obtain a number from a private parking lot, provided that there is no queue at the “Danube Bridge”.
The Prime Minister held a conversation with the Minister of Interior Atanas Ilkov, the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Violeta Koritarova, the Minister of Transport and Communications Krasimira Stoyanova, the Director of the “Customs“ Agency Georgi Dimov and with the Regional Governor of Ruse District Dragomir Draganov regarding the reports of a problem with the free passage across the “Danube Bridge“.
