In the morning hours along the Danube, in the valleys and the Upper Thracian Lowland there will be fog or low layered clouds, BNR reported.
Before noon it will be mostly sunny. In the afternoon the cloudiness will increase and by the evening it will become significant. Minimum temperatures will be between minus 2 and 3°, slightly higher in Eastern Bulgaria, and in Sofia around minus 2 - minus 5°. Maximum values will be between 8 and 13°, in the capital around 7°.
In the mountains it will be mostly sunny with scattered medium and high cloudiness, more significant after noon over the western massifs. Moderate to strong wind will blow from the west-southwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be 12°, at 2000 m – about 4°.
On the Black Sea coast it will be sunny, with scattered high clouds in the afternoon. The maximum air temperatures will be in the range 11 – 13°. Sea water is 8-9°. Sea waves will be up to 1-2 balls.
