The Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) has initiated open proceedings against the Sofia Municipality following a complaint from a company. The decision of the CPC is published on its website.
The appeal was filed against a decision for engineering - design, construction and exercise of author's supervision, for the construction of new buildings for three kindergartens.
Against the Municipality of Silistra, the CPC initiated open proceedings on an appeal against the decision for the supply of food products for children's and social institutions.
The CPC initiated open proceedings against the Municipality of Kaloyanovo on an appeal against a decision for the supply and installation of a management system under the project "Implementation of energy efficiency measures in an outdoor artificial lighting system".
Against the Municipality of Asenovgrad, the CPC initiated open proceedings on an appeal against the decision for the collection and transportation of household waste from 28 settlements on the territory of the municipality.
