A truck gets tangled in wires while entering Sofia's Northern Tangent, write users in the Facebook group “Catastrophes in Sofia“.
The incident occurred while entering the tangent from Mramor, eyewitnesses specify.
This is the second such incident in less than a month, after on May 25, the cab of a dump truck hung a 6-meter sign at one of the entrances to Plovdiv from the “Trakia“ highway.
Then the driver forgot to remove the body and it was lifted while driving. Thus, the cabin ended up 3 meters above the road, looking like a rocket aimed at the sky.
Today's incident was followed by humorous comments on Facebook, with references mostly to the series “Transformers“: “Another Transformers“, “You should see that Optimus hasn't transformed for the second time!“, “Optimus Prime is back in action“, “It can't be true, this is the work of aliens. They are among us!“.
References were also made to the incident on the “Trakia“ highway: “Plovdiv is first“, “Well, Plovdiv isn't the only one to show off. There is a profit in Sofia too, “ “Isn't this the same one from Plovdiv?“.
At the moment there is no information whether there were any injuries in the incident.
